Am seeking permanent cost effective improvements in the community. Am an advocate of self governance to represent and protect the values of the community in which I live. Embrace diversity in people and all things God created. As a project manager - advocate organized methods of understanding issues and making decisions. Fluent in both Spanish and English. Fascinated with languages. Studied Arabic, Kazakh, Spanish. Very experienced in the oil industry. Developed processes or altered them, using computer applications, throughout career. Built and/or deployed large application systems from ground up including Geophysical, Geological, trading and financial. Managed medium sized corporate organizations. Been an elected member of the Indian Springs Village Association for four years, focusing on sound and light pollution reduction. Chairman of ISV RDRC. Graduated from the Community Associations Academy of 2006, Sheriff's Citizen's Academy 2008, member of the county CERT team. Traveled in 35 countries.
